Delete Your Account & Data

Eject is operated by Nexodule Services LLC. We respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to delete your account and/or request data deletion.

1. Delete Your Account (In-App)

You can permanently delete your Eject account and all associated data directly within the App. Follow these steps:

1. Open the Eject app on your device.
2. Tap the gear icon (⚙️) to open Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen.
4. Tap "Delete Account".
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately. This action cannot be undone.

2. What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, all of the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers:

• Account Data: Email address and authentication records.
• Journal Entries: All journal entries, to-dos, and notes you have created.
• Images: All photos attached to your journal entries (removed from cloud storage).
• Categories: All journal categories (both default and custom).
• Analysis History: All AI analysis questions and responses.
• Profile Data: Your preferences, theme settings, language, and reminder configuration.
• Usage Records: Long analysis usage tracking data.

3. What Is NOT Retained

Eject does not retain any of your personal data after account deletion. There is no additional retention period — all data is deleted immediately upon your request. Specifically:

• No backups of your personal data are kept after deletion.
• Device-local data (notification preferences, cached settings) remains on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the App.

4. Request Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access the App or prefer to request deletion via email, you can contact us:

In your email, please include the email address associated with your Eject account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm the deletion via email.

5. Third-Party Data

Please note that some data shared with third-party services may be subject to their own retention policies:

• RevenueCat: Subscription transaction records are managed by RevenueCat and Google Play / Apple. Deleting your Eject account does not cancel active subscriptions — please cancel your subscription through your app store account settings before deleting your account.
• Google Play / Apple: Payment and transaction history is managed by Google or Apple and is subject to their respective data retention policies.
